Despite the "03" being a textbook straight Billiard, and Group 4 being a popular sizing, this is actually one of only a handful of "4103"s we've seen in the Ruby Bark finish. Fortunately, as few as these red-finished and silver-banded numbers have been, they have also been consistent in the quality of sandblast; like this one the rest also bore the kind of blast that would readily bump a "Shell Briar" into "Shell Ring Grain" stamping.
