Just as it did with Escurio, Davidoff celebrates 10 years of AVO Syncro Nicaragua with a limited edition. This time, it’s a box-pressed diademas finas shape.

As the name implies, this was released to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Davidoff’s Escurio blend, which debuted in 2015. It follows the Davidoff Nicaragua 10th Anniversary Limited Edition that was released in 2013.

The fifth addition to the limited edition series is packaged in a box that features a vista made up of a recreation of a painting done by Churchill named “Cork Trees Near Mimizan.” Each cigar has an MSRP of $49 and it is sold in 10-count boxes, with only 18,000 boxes released.

Davidoff is now into its second journey through the Zodiac calendar, with the Year of the Snake getting its second release in November 2024. It marked a number of firsts for a Zodiac Series releases, and it was just the second time the company used Mexican tobacco in the filler of one of its blends.

The 111 part of the name refers to the combined 111 years of age of the tobacco inside each cigar. That said, you’ll probably remember this cigar for another three-digit number: 750. Yes, it’s $750 per cigar.

This is the fourth and final release of Davidoff’s History Re-Rolled Series, a line that debuted last year made up of cigars Davidoff had previously discontinued but brought back as limited editions. The filler of the blend includes seco from San Vicente that was aged for six months in spent casks that previously held premier grand cru classé red wine from Bordeaux, France.

Eleven years ago, Davidoff entered a new chapter of its storied history, embracing Nicaragua and its tobacco. Ten years later, the company celebrated that event with a cigar; now that cigar gets a revisit.

Released in April 2023, the third addition to Davidoff’s Camacho Factory Unleashed line is composed of Mexican San Andrés wrapper covering a binder grown in Honduras and a filler blend of tobaccos sourced from the Dominican Republic and Honduras. Like the first two cigars in the series, it was also rolled with an unfinished foot, meaning the filler tobaccos extend slightly past the bottom of the wrapper.

Expressions Limited Edition 2024 is a collaboration between Davidoff’s AVO brand and D-Nice, the hip-hop artist and DJ.

After eight years of being on hiatus, the cigar returned in April with a new blend and new look.

This vitola was once a limited edition that was only available for sale in international markets is now a regular production release that can be purchased in the U.S.

The diadema was one of four different AVO limited edition cigars meant to celebrate the four different seasons: fall, winter, spring and summer.
